North Texas Fibroids now performing Radial access

Performing Radial Access

At North Texas Fibroids we are always looking to add new technologies and new techniques to our practice. We are now offering Radial access for ourĀ Uterine Fibroid Embolization procedures. What this means to patients is that there is no need to lay flat for any period of time after the procedure, less post-procedure discomfort at the radial artery access site vs. the femoral artery (groin), decreased complication rate as compared to femoral artery access, and potentially earlier discharge home from the procedure. Call us today to find out more about this exiting new technique that increases patient comfort and satisfaction.
